You will need:
- 3 handfuls of spinach;
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango;
- 15 mint leaves;
- 1 ½ tea. teaspoons of matcha tea powder;
- ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries;
- ½ banana;
- 1 cup of coconut water;
- 1 cup of water;
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients with a blender and pour everything into a glass. Delicious!
