Matcha milteliai veido kaukė

Sometimes it is much nicer not to rush anywhere, not to drive and stay at home. I love spa days at home, for me it’s something nice, so calming, when you have your personal time – to yourself. Make a face mask and calmly lie down while meditating. Especially during the winter months, I love to turn my home into a cozy oasis. So, with the help of magical matcha tea powder, I make a face mask. Matcha – has many health benefits. When you drink matcha, it is said to improve mental clarity, remove toxins from the body, boost metabolism and energy, and provide physical and mental peace. When we use matcha in our skin care, it can help keep your skin soft, clear. Matcha tea is rich in chlorophyll, which detoxifies the skin and fights harmful toxins to protect it. In addition, it contains many antioxidants that help protect the skin from damage free radicals, reduces puffiness and swelling, easily exfoliates dead skin cells. I could name and name, but I suggest you try it yourself.

I also added honey and pure olive oil to this mask. Honey is said to help hydrate the skin and increase the “glow.” Also, honey is naturally antibacterial, so helps remove impurities from the skin. And pure olive oil is anti-aging, if you have dry skin, olive oil is great for moisturizing and soothing your skin.

• 1 tsp matcha tea powder
• 1 tablespoon of distilled water
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1 tbsp olive oil (I used extra pure)

Mix all the ingredients together until a solid mass, stir with a spoon. Apply on the face and leave for 10-15 minutes. Wash your face with warm water and a cloth and apply a soothing face cream.
